IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING HARTFORD CLUBS!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
  • PLEASE NOTE THE MONTHS THAT CLUBS MEET.  NOT ALL CLUBS MEET AT THE SAME TIME.
  • Please note the clubs that require a Sports Physical.  Students may not participate until they have submitted a Sports Physical and have been cleared by our Health Office.
  • Clubs are held from 2:50pm to 3:50pm on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays ONLY based on the specific club's schedule. Once clubs are formed and your child is notified that they have been accepted, Club Advisors will give them a schedule.  Please refer to this schedule since all clubs do not meet on the same days/dates.
  • Students should listen carefully during Morning Announcements for important club information.
  • CHECK THE POWERSCHOOL DAILY BULLETIN FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION FOR CLUB MEETING DATES.
 
LATE BUSES AND CLUB PARENT PICK-UP INFORMATION
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
  • Due to bus driver shortages this year, there will only be 4 late buses to transport students home from clubs.  Students who are riding a late bus home will experience longer travel times than their regular bus route as multiple routes have been combined.
  • Late buses depart Hartford at approximately 4:00pm.  For questions regarding late buses, please contact the Transportation Office (856) 778-6905.
  • Students will not always be dropped off at their usual bus stop.  Students will be dropped off at a location close to their home.  Please refer to the Hartford Late Bus Stop Locations.  Look for your development to find the bus/stop pertaining to your child.
  • Parents who are picking up their child from a club should plan to be at Hartford by 3:50pm, park in a parking space, and wait outside at the designated stairwell until the Club Advisor arrives with students.  Refer to the Stairwell Pick-up Locations - doors are labeled.
  • Students who are not picked up by a parent/guardian by 4:00pm will be put on a late bus.
 
CLUB PERMISSION FORMS
 
Below are the Permission Forms for clubs that are currently accepting participants.  Click on the link, download the form, complete it, and return it to school with your child.
 
**Please note that our Spring 2022 Clubs have completed taking Permission Forms at this time. The start date for Spring Clubs will be announced soon.** 
  • Permission Forms are posted when the advisors are ready to start accepting applicants.
  • Permission Forms are added as they become available and are taken down after the due date.
  • If there are more participants than the club can allow, students will be chosen at random.
